Hi! I’m Kelsey, the owner of The Wooden Aesthetic! Over the last year, I have set out to fix those "normalized" health symptoms that many of us experience on a daily basis. Acne and poor gut health were my top two everyday struggles to keep it brief. I started listening to podcasts, following health experts, and even began seeing a local Functional Nutritionist to get my overall health under control. 

 I have slowly been purging my household of toxic products and ingredients and diving deep into food labels while grocery shopping. One of the things I found myself holding onto were my toxin filled Bath and Body Works candles - I know everyone has a stash!
